As a 501(c)(3) organization, California Tribal Emergency Response & Relief Agency, also known as CAL TERRA, is a professional organization dedicated to providing outstanding service. By providing a safe environment for people to live, work and play on Turtle Island, North America, by providing a quality response in: fire prevention and protection, law enforcement services and support, and EMS; all the while maintaining a level of training to provide the best assistance to tribal and non-Tribal peoples alike.

Please be advised that CAL TERRA has completed an extensive review of all policies and procedures pertaining to our employees and volunteers. As of January 01, 2020, CAL TERRA will be requiring all employees and volunteers to complete new documents that would allow us to align ourselves with our mission statement.

March 22, 2020 meeting will be held at the Me-n-Eds at 7025 N. WEST AVENUE, FRESNO, CA 93723 at 12:00 p.m. until 2:00 p.m.
Command Staff will meet at CAL TERRA headquarters immediately following the all volunteer meeting at 2:30 p.m.
Formed out of a lack of training and qualified departments to provide assistance to numerous Tribal communities. CAL TERRA provides assistance and mutual aid to Tribal and non-Tribal entities.
LAW ENFORCEMENT, FIRE, EMS, and USAR
We are currently moving towards PROBOARD Certification for the entire department.
