NEW POLICIES AND PROCEDURES

Emails have been sent out, please respond as soon as possible.

CAL TERRA is in the process of determining who is available and able bodied to assist in this COVID-19 crisis. We have reached out to our private partners to see how we can integrate our entities to assist. Any questions can be directed to Human Resources.

UPCOMING MEETING

Like many of you, we are following the updates about COVID-19. Your well-being has always been a top priority for us at CAL TERRA, and we want to be open and transparent about the additional precautions we are taking to protect all of our volunteers. With that being said, all CAL TERRA meetings will be put on hold until further notice. Command Staff will meet virtually in order to keep operations flowing smoothly.

We highly encourage all volunteers to follow the best practices listed below to help keep yourself and others healthy.

  • Wash or sanitize your hands often, preferably with soap and warm water for at least 20 seconds
  • Avoid touching your eyes, nose, and mouth with unwashed hands
  • Stay home if you are feeling unwell, have a fever, or are experiencing shortness of breath
  • Cover all coughs or sneezes with a tissue and discard the tissue appropriately
  • Please feel free to avoid participating in person-to-person contact, such as high fives or fist bumps, with staff or other members, if you so choose
  • Feel free to bring your own disinfectant wipes with you, if you so choose

We are closely monitoring updates from the Centers for Disease Control and the World Health Organization regarding COVID-19 and we are committed to maintaining a healthy and safe environment for our volunteers.

Thank you for assisting us in achieving this goal, and we look forward to seeing you for our next staff meeting.
