The California Tribal Emergency Response & Relief Agency (CAL TERRA) is a non-profit 501c3 organization dedicated to providing outstanding service in Emergency Management. CAL TERRA will provide a safe environment for people to live, work, and thrive on Turtle Island and throughout North America, by ensuring the highest quality response in fire prevention, environmental protection, law enforcement service and support, and emergency management services, and maintaining the level of training by providing the best possible assistance to Tribal and non-Tribal peoples.

CAL TERRA has been approved for the DHS funded Government Emergency Telecommunications Service (GETS) and the Wireless Priority Service (WPS) for use with the new T-Mobile Connecting Heroes account. All command staff will be receiving their cards within a few weeks. Human Resources will be sending an email to let you know when to come pick up your cards.
